Dr. Whitney Trepel is a fantastic vet. She is practical, compassionate and thorough. Sensitive to our concerns and to the cat's level of tolerance of veterinary procedures. She gave good recommendations for feeding, dental care, and sedatives to help with travel stress.

Very unprofessional receptionist. I adopted a dog from a local rescue which has a 14day trial period. Once that time is up you receive all the pets paperwork. My dog needed to be seen during this time and the rescue works with this vet and told me to book an appointment with them. First available was for a week later. The rescue needed to send the records over and said they would. Day before the appointment the receptionist notified me the records had not been sent, I contacted the rescue and they sent them over the day of. Now come to find out the receptionist didn’t book the appointment last week at all and we now will not be able to be seen.

The clinic is always open and honest about what is needed and recommended for Tucker. I’m grateful for their care and attention. Tucker loves the staff and they are so good with him and me and my anxiety too!
