They were kind, responsive and up front about pricing for a recent spay (along with chip and vaccines). When we were concerned as kitten was trembling 3 days later they got her in for a check up, reasonably priced on a Saturday. Instructions were written and clear. Thank you to staff and care providers.

Although going to the vet is never relaxing, seeing and being greeted/comforted by the staff at South Bay, makes it all worth it. You feel safe, comforted and in trusted hands the moment you step in. They remember little things about you, your pets, and are so welcoming. I absolutely adore every single person at South Bay, but specifically Lyndsay and Dr. Molitor. Their calm presence, the genuine love, care, respect they have: for both your animals, and yourself. I trust them both whole heartedly. Staff at SB always remain calm, even when things become overwhelming- as someone who witnessed the front office have seven people checking in/out, four people on hold, multiple others calling, staff from the back coming up to help, it was professional, and you can tell everyone does work/get along well. everything hectic going on, you couldn't even tell. I am truly constantly impressed with the professionalism. Sweet Pea, Roguey Pougey & myself are beyond thankful - or as we are described as Sweet, Spicy, and Sensitive. 😂 i value and appreciate you all so much- thanks for saving my babies.
