Our dog was in pain and whining starting super early and continued all morning. We walk in thinking that he will finally have some relief. They told us since he is Stable that we would have to wait 7 hours!!

I really appreciated the service from this place. We came in with an emergency for our cat and they were so quick to get him in and the care he needed. Dr Stephen Prevost took amazing care of our cat, and made sure we were reassured through the whole process. The front staff were also very helpful, I did not catch her name but the lady working late sep 27/28 went above and beyond to ensure that we received all the help we needed and left feeling comfortable and confident in their care.

Late last year we had to bring my dog here because she wouldn’t eat, had a fever, and was lethargic. After 3 different visits 3 days in a row, along with an overnight stay. Tons of tests including a X-rays, CT, lots of fecal and blood tests. They tried to say she had salmon poisoning even though she had been no where near salmon nor have we ate any salmon. (There was also another family there who said they were trying to tell them the same thing). After I told them that was impossible, they did a fecal test and said that they were mistaken. Finally on her last admission night, they call and tell us they had finally figured out what she had. A UTI. They apologized that they had misdiagnosed her and did tests that were never needed and also had given her medications she did not need. They and even talked about sending her labs off to oncology. They said they would take a little off of her bill and I told them that was great that I was just happy my girl was okay. When it came time to pay, $4000 dollars! I could absolutely not believe it. $4k for a UTI that could have been figured out the first night we came in. When the vet was going over the discharge paperwork with me she had the guts to say “Yeah, this was a pretty straight forward case”. Wow. Definitely would never come back. I am a nurse in medical so I know how things like this works, definitely feel like this was a money grab. I have not been able to get ahold of them, after messaging and commenting on their Facebook they blocked me.

Wait 1.5 hours to be told it would be 4 more hours before a vet could see my pup. Was charged $200 for a simple parvo test. Left and went to my normal vet.
